Lebawit Girma, also known as Lily, is a global tourism reporter for Skift and an award-winning writer, photographer, and the founder of See the Caribbean, a platform promoting sustainable travel to the region. Born in Ethiopia and raised in Côte d’Ivoire, she transitioned from being a Skadden Arps energy lawyer to embracing a nomadic life focused on storytelling and travel.
